The LinearControl controller is used to easily control linear axes that are equipped with a stepper or servo motor.
The simple and application-oriented menu structure allows you to quickly find the desired one
Enter the distance to be traveled from 0.01mm to 999.99mm.
Up to 10 distances can be saved for recurring processing steps.
A continuous driving mode allows quick positioning.
All entries are made via the keyboard, so no additional software etc. is required.
For the automatic processing of workpieces on CNC machines with only 3 axes is a
additional signal input provided. This can either be controlled via a switch
which the machine triggers during the processing process or it can be used directly
the existing CNC control (24V tolerant).
LinearControl offers the option of increasing accuracy
to control a pneumatic or hydraulic clamping via a built-in relay.
Special developments based on this control are possible on request.
