Complete set of electronic rotary dividing table RT150CNC with RotaryControl

The set consists of the components RotaryControl hand control, power control RTStep542 and the converted rotary table RT150CNC.The rotary dividing table can therefore be used immediately, for example to mill gears.

Description RotaryControl:

A continuous driving mode allows quick positioning. 

All entries are made via the keyboard, so no additional software etc. is required.

For the automatic processing of workpieces on CNC machines with only 3 axes is a additional signal input provided. This can either be controlled via a switch which the machine triggers during the processing process or it can be used directly the existing CNC control (24V tolerant). RotaryControl offers the possibilty of increasing the accuracy of the rotary dividing tables to control a pneumatic or hydraulic clamping via a built-in relay.
